Reporting Summer Flex Hours by Hourly Employees

Thursday, May 17th, 2018

Beginning with the current hourly pay period that started May 13, 2018, (Pay no. 11) and continuing until July 7, 2018, (Pay no. 14), during which time “Summer flex hours” need to be reported (one workday per pay period), you will report the hours in the “Regular Hours” column. You will then write “Summer Pay” to the right of your hours on the respective day’s line. If you choose to use Summer flex hours for a partial day, include the number of partial day hours after your “Summer Pay” notation: Example- “Summer Pay – 4 hrs”.

A reminder for Web Time Entry (WTE) employees, please remember to use the new “Summer Pay” earnings line to record your “Summer flex hours”.  “Summer Pay” is the 8th of 9 “Earning” types listed on your Web Time Entry Time sheet.

Please contact payroll, ext. 7202, if you have any questions.
