Upcoming Terrace View Cafe Lunches

Please join the Catering and Event Planning (FNH241) students and instructors on the dates below for a lunch service in the Terrace View Cafe.  These events are an opportunity for students to apply the principles and techniques of the catering industry.  This program explores the planning, preparing, and service of themed events; such as weddings, theme parties, private events, and special occasion events.  Each event will include a student-driven menu, as well as their predetermined facility setting and decoration. Reservations are limited.

Service hours will be 11:30 a.m. -12:30 p.m.; seating begins at 11:30 a.m., with service beginning at 11:45 a.m.  Cash and check are the only forms of payment accepted, for the all-inclusive price of $9.50.

Lumpia- Filipino style pork spring roll accompanied by a pineapple sweet and sour sauce

Vegetable Pancit with Chicken Adobo- Soy sauce and vinegar braised chicken served with rice noodles and sautéed vegetables.

Leche Flan- Baked custard with caramel sauce and fresh berries.

France

White Bean and Olive Soup finished with house made Rosemary Olive Oil

Roasted Pork Loin with Cherry Sauce. Served with Lyonnaise potatoes and Dijon green beans

Orange poached pears and ginger ice cream
