Blackboard Ally Training Webinar

The Office of e-Learning would like to introduce Ally, a new tool in all Blackboard courses. This tool will help instructors increase their accessibility compliance by checking digital course content for accessibility issues. Ally will also generate alternative formats of certain course content and make these available to students.

On April 9 and 10, from 11 a.m. – 12 p.m., two webinar training sessions will be held to help raise awareness of Ally, demonstrate its application in Blackboard, and provide information about accessibility improvement for online learning. Participants will need an stable internet connection, speakers for audio, and use either Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome internet browser to attend one of these sessions.

All instructors and staff are encouraged to attend. Please download one of the calendar invites to receive webinar training access information. This invitation will also add a reminder to your Outlook schedule:
